For More Experienced Google AdWords Users: How to place your Google AdWords ads on thousands of web sites related to your specific online network marketing business and pay $3 to $5 for 1000 impressions.

Placements are locations on the “Google content network” where your Google ad can appear. When you check the box “content network” in your Google AdWord campaign, their “automatic placement” will cause your ad to appear on AdSense enabled web sites that have content related to your ad.
